VHS to DVD Transfers (per cassette):
Up to 1 hour $30
Each additional hour $10 / hour

Other Video Cassette Formats Transferred to DVD (same rates as VHS):
Mini DV, Hi-8, Digital 8mm, VHS-C, DVCam, SuperVHS Foreign Conversions – to/from NTSC, PAL, SECAM

Digital Capture (with intent to edit, or transfer to DVD):
Hard Drive Cameras, Mini DVD, camera cards, hard drives, zip drives, USB drives, DVDs

Film Transfers to DVD (8mm, Super8mm, 16mm):
Approximately 2 hours fit on each DVD. The very common 3” reels are 50 feet of film (if full) and are about 3-4 minutes in length.

10% discount over 5,000 feet
15% discount over 10,000 feet

Bulk prices apply to individual orders, unless pre-negotiated – meaning everything must be dropped off at one time.

Multi-disc rates are for orders placed at one time. Ordering 7 now and 7 later will not get you the $10 rate. All 14 must be ordered at one time to qualify. You can add copies of different discs together to get a lower rate. If you would like 7 copies of disc A and 7 copies of disc B, you will receive the rate for 14 copies ($10 ea)

Note on Photo Montages - Any changes that are made upon viewing the montage are done at editing rate ($90/hour, one hour minimum, no prorating). The preview is simply to ensure that titles are correct and that your notes were accurately followed. Photos Scans to Digital: Photos, Slides,

Archive Retrieval:
We keep all material on our hard drives for 30 days. After that, we may have to charge for archive retrieval. There is no guarantee your materials have been archived. To have us search the archives for your material is a $10.00 fee for material less than 1 year old, $20.00 for material older than that. As of 11-13-09 there is no charge to hold this material, but in the future we may need to charge for storage space

HDV Photography:
Per hour: $175.00
Up to 4 hours: $650.00
Up to 8 hours: $1150.00
Time charged starts upon arrival at the location and includes set up and take down of equipment. No prorating.

Projection Equipment Rental:
$100 per hour, 2 hour minimum.
Includes screen, projector, DVD player, audio system, and operator. Time charged starts upon arrival at the location and includes set up and take down of equipment. No prorating.
